MASASHI NAGADOI
Tokyo-born, MASASHI NAGADOI, received a B.A. in International Studies
and Economics & Business from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota
and was inducted into the International Economics
Honor Society (Omicron Delta Epsilon) in 1987. He was a business consultant
for the firm of Ernst & Young in Los Angeles before attending UCLA's
Graduate Film School.
Masashi completed the Spanish Language and Cultural Program in Guadalajara, Mexico in the Summer of 1985 and went on to England and France where he studied European art, specializing in Impressionism and architecture. An avid Rugby player, he was selected for the All-Minnesota Rugby Football team in 1986 and 1987 and competed in the Mid-West National Championship.
He received the Master of Fine Arts degree from UCLA in 1994 and was
honored with the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) Award. Masashi
has directed a short film and promotional videos and has produced numerous
television shows, documentaries, commercials and multimedia projects for
the Japanese market. Currently, he is developing several documentary and
feature film projects.
